How to File with ICAO

Many of you already know that the FAA now requires us to file flight plans in the ICAO format. At this event, club member Matthew Willis and Chief Instructor Mike Thomas will give an informal talk at the club on how to fill out both a manual flight plan and one electronically via ForeFlight. We will also discuss ADS-B and it's relevance to General Aviation.
