EHFC Annual Member Meeting

Our annual Membership Meeting will be on Tuesday December 12 at 7pm.  The meeting will be at the club as well as via Zoom.  We anticipate it to be an hour or less. Board elections are also open now, with five members running for re-election.

The tentative meeting agenda is:

1. Statement of the election results (Secretary: Frank)
2. State of the club (President: Justin)
   • Events of the last year
   • Plans for the next year
3. Financial update (Treasurer: Larry, Asst Tres: Mike Shay)
   • How we're currently doing.
   • How things have changed in the last year (spoiler: things are good).
   • Plans for 2024 from a financial perspective
4. Questions from members.
   • Questions can be asked live or emailed ahead of time to Justin or Frank.
